QVCA FAQ's
 
What is the purpose of the civic association and why are the dues collected? The association exists to promote and protect the interests of QV residents through community volunteers. Association Activities include:

* Newsletters and announcements of events and issues of interest to QV residents * Neighborhood signs announcing upcoming meetings and events * New entrance signs for both Archers Lane and Crossbow Drive * Social events including ice cream social and Easter egg hunt

The association functions best with the help and support of all residents. Please make the QVCA a priority for your family. Together, residents can continue to make Quail Valley the place to live in Columbia.
 
Association Garden Club Notes
 
The Quail Valley Garden Club was established in 1978 to encourage home and community beautification and to promote friendship. Activities are funded by membership fees and fund- raisers.

The Club meets monthly at members' homes to enjoy garden related programs.: You do not have to have a green thumb to be a member, just a willingness to learn and have fun by working together.

Some of the ongoing activities include the. beautification and maintenance of the Quail Valley entrances, Yard of the Month Award, Adopt-A Highway, Donations to and Decorating for Civic and Charitable Organizations and participation in Columbia Garden Council. projects.

Anyone who is interested in joining the Quail Valley Garden Club, may contact the webmaster.
 
QVCA Recognitions
 
THANKS to all those who have helped make Quail Valley such an attractive and inviting neighborhood. This has been accomplished by residents who have improved their homes and grounds as well as those who have worked to update and beautify the entrances to Quail Valley. Their efforts are appreciated by all who drive through the neighborhood daily.

Also, a note to residents from the association-please display your street address prominently on mail box both directions and your home. This is for your safety and convenience and to assist local police, fire, EMS, and postal officials.
